Background
During my tenure at Intralinks from 2015 to 2017, I was tasked with the mobile UX design of the Intralinks iOS and Android apps, as well as Intralinks’ VIA, a consumer file management app. My primary objective was to enhance the app’s multi-channel experience through the implementation of a native components design strategy, ensuring optimized performance across iPhones and iPads, which was a significant advantage at the time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Insights and Research:
2. Re-architecture and Design Implementation:
3. Beta Program Management:
4. Stakeholder Engagement and Continuous Improvement:
Outcome
Through these efforts, the Intralinks and VIA mobile apps achieved significant improvements in user experience and performance. The implementation of native components design strategy and the re-architecture of the apps allowed for their successful launch on the app store. The beta program and continuous stakeholder engagement ensured that the apps met user needs and expectations, leading to a more refined and user-centric product.
